My name is Robert Michael Evans, and I’m a professional photographer based in Seoul, South Korea. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I’ve called Korea home for the past 13 years.
I picked up my first camera shortly before moving to Korea with the simple intention of documenting my life. With a degree in cultural anthropology and a growing fascination with the people and places around me, my early work naturally gravitated toward street, travel, and documentary photography.
As I became more established in Seoul, I began creating content for local brands and businesses within the city’s ever-evolving international community. Over the years, that passion developed into a career spanning a wide range of photographic genres and clients, both domestically and internationally.
My portfolio reflects that variety, from events and editorial work to portraits, lifestyle, and commercial imagery. These days, I focus primarily on commercial photography, while continuing to embrace the many different forms that photography can take.
Seoul is home, but I’m available for work anywhere.
